  • I work across residential and commercial builds and renovations - from single homes to multi-unit developments. Whether it’s a new build, a renovation, or a staged showhome, I’ll tailor the shoot to suit.

  • Definitely! I offer both stills and video, including video walkthroughs, Instagram reels, and aerial content. You can opt for either or combine both in a full shoot package.

  • Absolutely - I often work with builders and developers to document different stages of a build. This can be useful for marketing updates, client reports, or for your own records.

  • Most new build shoots are either a half-day or full-day, depending on the number of angles, scope of coverage, and whether video is included.

  • Where possible, I recommend the site is clean, clear of tools and debris, and styled (even minimally) to help the finished build shine. I’m happy to assist with minor tweaks on the day, and can also recommend a couple of Wānaka-based stagers that I regularly work with.

  • Cost-sharing is a simple way to split the cost of a shoot between multiple parties involved in a project - for example, the architect, builder, interior designer, or suppliers.
