This luxury alpine retreat in Wanaka was an absolute pleasure to photograph and film. Nestled in Alpine Estate with mountain views, the home is available as a premium holiday rental - and the brief was to capture it in its best light, literally and figuratively.
The project included a full photography and video shoot: interior and exterior stills, twilight images, aerial drone photography, a cinematic video walk-through, and a set of short-form Instagram reels for use across digital platforms.
With its striking architectural form, high ceilings, and full-height glazing, the home made for compelling images throughout. Inside, the styling was clean, warm, and intentional - perfect for conveying both comfort and sophistication. The layout flows around a central living area that opens out to expansive mountain views, and we made sure to highlight that connection to the landscape at every opportunity.
