The shoot time varies based on the floor area of your property and the number of rooms within it. A three-bedroom home typically requires around one hour to scan.

Pricing is scaled based on the total floor area of your property, as larger areas typically take longer to scan. Some add-ons (e.g. floorplans, OBJ and CAD files) may incur an additional fee.
Make sure that your property is staged exactly as you'd like viewers to see it - including de-cluttering, removing any personal items or sensitive materials, cleaning all reflective surfaces, and checking that all light bulbs are working.
Travel is included in my rates for shoots within 30km of Wanaka, and I can travel anywhere within Otago (or further afield) for an additional fee.
I certainly do! I can provide professional photography, drone photos and video tours in addition to 3D virtual tours.
