Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph this striking new commercial development in Wānaka, now home to a thoughtfully designed shared co-working space. The brief was to capture both the architectural details and the interior fit-out, showcasing the clean lines, abundant natural light, and high-spec finishes that define this flexible working environment.

From the outside, the building’s crisp geometry and warm cladding create a strong presence in the streetscape, and I wanted to highlight the way the materials interact with light throughout the day. The interior continues that same design language - sleek, modern, and functional - with a layout that supports both collaboration and focus.

The shoot was approached with an emphasis on clarity and precision, balancing wide, contextual shots with tighter compositions that drew attention to textures, junctions, and the overall craftsmanship of the fit-out. The goal was not just to record the space, but to convey how it feels to work in; bright, open, and well-considered.

This project fits squarely into my commercial interior and fit-out photography services, where the aim is always to document a space in a way that communicates its usability and visual identity. Whether for architects, developers, or interior designers, high-quality architectural imagery plays a vital role in telling the story of a space like this. For this co-working hub, the result is a set of images that reflects both the design vision and the day-to-day experience the space was built to offer.
