I recently teamed up again with Mike Greer Homes Central Otago to capture their latest showhome build in Clyde. This was a full-scope shoot covering photo, video, aerials, and evening shots – all designed to showcase the home’s features across different lighting conditions and mediums.
The shoot highlights the sleek, modern interior design with warm timber details, open-plan living, and great natural light throughout the day. From detailed joinery to architectural lines, I aimed to provide clean, consistent visual content that reflects the quality of the build. Evening shots were timed to capture the warm indoor lighting spilling out through full-height glazing – ideal for creating inviting, atmospheric marketing material.
This Clyde property is one of several I’ve photographed for Mike Greer across the region. Each home varies in size and layout, but the goal is always the same – to deliver a library of content that helps showcase their builds to future clients in a clear, professional way.
Whether used in online listings, print brochures, or social media, the consistent style of imagery helps create a recognisable brand presence across all platforms. Aerials were also a key part of this shoot – giving viewers a sense of the surrounding area and the home’s street appeal.
