Set among the rolling hills of Wanaka with panoramic alpine views, this luxury home was a joy to photograph. Commissioned for a premium real estate listing, this shoot was a full-day production designed to showcase the property and the stunning outlook across lake Wanaka.
The brief called for comprehensive coverage, and I produced a full suite of visual content including still photos, aerial drone imagery, a cinematic video, twilight shots, and a complete Matterport 3D tour with floor plans. From capturing the golden afternoon lighting to the soft ambient lighting at dusk, timing and attention to detail were key throughout the day.
This shoot highlights the value of investing in high-end real estate photography to maximise the appeal of a property on the market. Every element was captured with precision - from the open-plan living and expansive deck spaces to the layered mountain views from every angle.
