This colourful coastal home in Torbay, known affectionately as the Sunset House, was recently renovated by Neil from NEDs Projects. With its bold exterior palette, timber features, and relaxed layout, it captures the essence of a classic Kiwi bach - a space that feels casual, welcoming, and full of character.
Commissioned by the builder to document the renovation, this shoot focused on showcasing both the craftsmanship and the unique personality of the home. From the sun-soaked deck to the nautical-themed interiors, every detail speaks to the laid-back coastal lifestyle.
We captured a mix of wide architectural shots and close-up vignettes to highlight the balance of materials and playful design choices. The finished images are being used by Neil and his team to promote future work - helping to show prospective clients what thoughtful renovations can look like.
