This beautifully renovated home in Grey Lynn was a dream to shoot - light-filled, full of character, and surrounded by lush greenery. Commissioned for real estate marketing, the brief called for both photos and video to help bring the property to life across online listings and social media.

We captured a full set of daylight and twilight imagery to highlight the home’s versatility - from its sunny outdoor entertaining areas to the warm evening glow spilling through French doors. Interior shots focused on the inviting open-plan layout and the soft, neutral colour palette that makes the home feel instantly welcoming.

Alongside the stills, we produced a short marketing video that included sunny exterior shots and a cinematic walkthrough, helping potential buyers get a true sense of the property’s flow and setting.

As with all real estate shoots, speed and efficiency were key - but we still made time to slow down for golden hour to capture those all-important twilight exteriors. The result was a cohesive visual package that helped the agent present the home in its best light, literally and figuratively.
